Carragenan Foodgel ® 3000

Foodgel®3000, mainly extracted from Eucheuma spinosum seaweeds, forms soft liquid gels in water and forms strong gels in the presence of calcium ions, with a good stability. It is ideally suited for use in dairy products, bakery and confectionary.
