Phosphates : Phosphoric Acid
Phosphoric acid is mainly used to produce various kinds of phosphates, high analysis fertilizer, chemical reagents and flame retardants.
It also can be used for steel derusting, electroplating, polishing, building materials, dyes intermediates and pharmaceutical industries etc..
In food industry, it can be used as acidulants and nutrient agent.

Phosphates : Trisodium Phosphate
Industrial trisodium phosphate (TSP) is mainly used as water softener, cleaning agent, stain remover and degreasers.
In food industry, trisodium phosphate can be used as various food additives, such as modifier, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, and so on.

Phosphates : Sodium Pyrophosphate
Sodium pyrophosphate, also known as sodium pyrophosphate or tetrasodium phosphate, is a colorless transparent crystalline chemical compound.
It is in the form of crystal or white crystalline powder, soluble in water.
Sodium pyrophosphate is widely used in food industry, as food quality improver, PH regulator, metal ion chelating agent, emulsifying agent, adhesive etc.

Phosphates : Sodium Tripolyhosphate(STPP)
Sodium tripolyphosphate, used as moisture conservative, is mainly applied to can, fruit drinks, milk products, vegetable protein drinks, instant noodles, meat products, and so on.
Besides STPP, we at Foodchem also supply other food ingredients and food additives, such as sodium diacetate, potassium sorbate.

Phosphates : Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate
It can be used as a buffering, leavening agent, chelating agent and adhesive.
Sodium acid pyrophosphate is widely used in the luncheon meat, cooked ham, canned crab meat to improve their quality.
It is the ideal leavening agent for bakery industry.

Phosphates : Sodium Hexametaphosphate(SHMP)
In food industry, hexametaphosphate is suitable for use as food quality improver, PH adjuster, metal ion chelating agent, adhesive and bulking agent.
It can be used to keep the color of beans, fruits, vegetables cans, to improve water retention of meat products, to prevent turbidity for beers and maintain uniform texture for meat cans.

Phosphates : Sodium Dihydrgenj Phosphate
With the appearance of colorless prismatic crystal, sodium dihydrgenj phosphate has a slight water absorptivity, soluble in water.
In food industry, it is used as quality improver, and is suitable for producing baking powder and penicillin.

Phosphates : Monocalcium Phosphate
Monocalcium phosphate, as an auxiliary feed, has a wider applicaition scope than other feed phosphorus, for example: dicalcium phosphate, bone meal, tricalcium phosphate. It is applicable to aquatic animals, poultry and livestock, which can promote feed digestion, increase the weight of the animals, and treat rickets etc.
In food processing, monocalcium phosphate can be used as dough regulator, firming agent, leavening agent, nutrition supplement, chelating agent and tooth rubbing agent.

Phosphates : Dipotassium Phosphate Anhydrous
It can be used as food processing buffering agent, metal ion chelating agent and meat quality improver.
It is used as stabilizer for dairy products such as: condensed milk, sweet condensed milk, cream, milk powder, cream powder, and alkaline agent for the preparation of flour products.
Dipotassium phosphate is also suitable for flavoring agents, leavening agents and mild alkaline agents.

Phosphates : Tetra Potassium Pyrophosphate(TKPP)
In food processing, it is mainly used as emulsifier, quality modifier, metal ion chelating agent.
For quick-frozen marine products, it is used to keep the freshness, hold water and improve the quality.
In meat processing, better effects are achievable when it compounds with other phosphates, which can improve the product quality and can be used as caking agent for ham and sausage.
